3. The cutting blade can only be operated after stopping rotation
Many metallographic cutting machines still rotate at high speeds after cutting. Although some cutting machines are equipped with brake devices, they still need to wait for the cutting blades to stop before operating.
4. Check the protective cover
Firstly, check if the protective cover is damaged.
The second is to confirm that the protective cover is not closed and the cutting motor cannot be started.
5. Check the emergency stop button
Check if the emergency stop button can cut off the power supply and brake in a timely manner.
