Shortly after resuming work, the engineer of Kemai Testing received a call from the client Asia Pacific Technology. The company's laboratory had an automatic metallographic polishing machine that malfunctioned and invited us to come for repair services.

Even in this special period, in order to ensure that customers can use the metallographic polishing machine as soon as possible, engineers Zhou and Pan from Pulse Testing rushed to the customer's place as soon as possible. After careful inspection, they found that the single point force component of the polishing machine was damaged and needed to be replaced.

After finding the cause, the engineers began to disassemble the damaged single point force components:


From the above figure, it can be seen that the single point force component of the metallographic polishing machine is severely corroded and cannot be repaired. After our engineers' analysis, the reason is the lack of daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, which has caused oil shortage and corrosion of the equipment components.
