Precautions for using automatic metallographic inlay machine:


1. The equipment grounding must be good and single-phase three-pole standard power sockets must be used.


2. The mounting machine should be installed on a stable and vibration free workbench, with an ambient temperature of 10-30 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of less than 85%. There should be no corrosive gases or conductive dust around.


3. The upper cover plate and the top of the equipment have a certain temperature, so it is important to avoid burns during use.


4. After installation, it is necessary to carefully train and read the user manual. If a malfunction occurs, maintenance operations must be carried out by professional and trained personnel.


5. When used for the first time, a small amount of smoke may be generated, which is a relatively normal phenomenon. But there will definitely be no open flames.
