The Air-Out vacuum system has very strong performance with a large internal cavity capacity and a special dome design, which increases the capacity by 13% compared to a conventional hemispherical dome. It can accommodate 12 30mm injection cups with a thick cavity wall, made of polycarbonate material. It is shatterproof and explosion-proof. After vacuum pumping, it can maintain a temperature of 700mm Hg (0.09MPa) for 24 hours, with a temperature resistance of 41 ℃. It has a three-way valve, polytetrafluoroethylene, and silicone rubber hose that can connect the vacuum pump and vacuum chamber, The conical intake nozzle can directly indicate the pressure, and the red switch can control the airflow to flow smoothly and gently, avoiding turbulence. The O-ring seal, special synthetic rubber, does not require lubricating grease, and the room temperature is as low as 0 ℃. Its elasticity and sealing performance are also not affected. The bearing plate with holes is made of polypropylene material, with 22 3.2mm small holes for easy gas circulation, and 2 19.4mm side holes for easy access and placement of the bearing plate. The desiccant box bowl design is placed at the bottom of the cavity, and the upper and lower parts of the vacuum chamber are fully transparent, making it easy to see from all angles. Its uniqueness is that the coating, coating, and pores that have undergone edge protection can fully reproduce their microstructure, bringing great convenience to subsequent grinding and polishing.
