Leica EM AFS2 Freezing Substitution Instrument is used for freezing substitution and gradient temperature technology, as well as for low-temperature embedding and polymerization processes of resins. The Leica EM FSP (Freezing Substitution Driver), designed separately for it, is an automated reagent processing system that can automatically dilute and replace reagents for freezing substitution and gradient temperature change processes. LED lighting is installed under the stereoscopic microscope and inside the sample room, making it easy and convenient to locate and observe the sample.
