Automatic Grinder-Polisher METPOL-A (Single Pressure) Performances：

● METPOL-A (Single Pressure) is a single pressure automatic grinding and polishing machine for metallographic sample

preparation needs, also offers manual mode for increased flexibility.

● Large HMI color touch screen, clear and easy to operate.

● The auto power head allows storage up to 100 programs to facilitate the study of various materials.

● Power head can be pneumatically limited to position, in automatic mode, to maximize the utilization of grinding paper

and polishing cloth.

● Platen variable speed. The direction of rotation of the platen is adjustable CW or CCW.

● Power head variable speed. The direction of rotation of the power head is adjustable CW or CCW.

● Controlled by touch screen, the holder has a 180° rotation function, which is convenient for loading and taking samples.

● Power head can be automatically reset after grinding and polishing.

● Retractable water sprayer for easy cleaning.

● Auto spin cycle feature for working wheel (cleaning Boost).

● Compatible with the auto doser which has polishing suspension reflux function to prevent the tube clogging.

● Free flow drain system.

● Holds up to 6 Specimens. Optional holder size.

● Corrosion resistant wash bowl.

● Corrosion resistant steel body construction, robust and durable.

● Splash guard and lid cover included.
