Vacuum Cold Mounting System Air-Out Performances：

● Large vacuum chamber, special dome design, 13% more capacity than the conventional hemispherical dome, can be placed

12 30mm molds.

● Thick chamber wall, molded of all-clear polycarbonate, explosion-proof, can be kept at 740mm Hg (0.09MPa) for 24h

after evacuation, temperature resistance 41℃.

● 3-way stopcock made of teflon, red plug to control the flow of air soothingly and gently, avoiding turbulence.

● O-ring made of neoprene, no vacuum grease is needed, room temperature down to 0 ℃ its elasticity and sealing performance is

not affected.

● Perforated carrier plate, polypropylene, with 22 small 3.2mm holes for air easy flow and 2 19.4mm side holes for easy hold the

carrier plate.

● Desiccant cartridge, bowl-shaped, placed at the bottom of the chamber.

● The vacuum chamber is all-clear, the whole mounting process is visible.
